Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Order Cancellation: Cancel your order anytime before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

2. Returns: You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories. Return shipping fees apply.

3. Refunds: Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items: Opened software, used headphones, batteries, and clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
